“Max Revolution Morale”: Takes effect when revolution morale value changes.
“Fast Building Upgrade”: When activated, buildings will finish upgrading after any amount of time passed.
“Infinite Event Tries”: Note some events can be retried after you succeeded, and some events will end immediately after you succeeded once.
“Max Event Success Rate”: Only works for events that display success rate.
“Max Exp”: Exp will set to max of the current level, your characters will level up every time they gain xp.
